try Objectifs @ Liang Seah Street. Alternatively, hang around this forum and join the gangs who go out and shoot very often and I'm very sure you will pick up something. In the mean time, read up the materials on the subject on the net or in the library

if u attend class and sit in with someone guide u through step by step, PSS does offer the course. That run once a week in the evening.
