Hey guys, I've seen the video and within 5 minutes, I've placed an order for 5 of the holsters. I'll be keeping one myself and probably giving one to my brother, which means that I'll have 3 holsters for sale. Do drop me a PM if you're interested. Tentatively, I'll be selling them at $125 each. If there is any additional taxes I'll pass them down to the buyers. Cheers!
Yeah, from what I read on the website, they should have the Cotton Carrier Insert which is the tripod mount.

Just fyi, I've come across something peculiar.
The entire CC package comes with two inserts. Lets name them insert #1 and #2.
All along, #1 was on my camera, and in use, it was very smooth with the main CC vest. However, it had all sorts of problems and had to be tugged out every time it was used with the holster.
Today, I got up and felt a little bored, so I proceeded to put the entire rig on with my own dslr and my dad's old nikon film slr - just to see how I'd look. I put insert #2 onto the Nikon, and surprisingly without the need for much vaseline, it was smooth in the holster. I then tried it on the vest, and it required a little more force.
My advice to people using two cameras? If you feel that both inserts are tight even after some vaseline, swap the inserts between the two cameras. For all you may know, it might solve the problem.

My email was replied mentioning that they will be sending the missing inserts to me with free shipment. This morning received a mail that the items were shipped and on the way here.
Same here. A mistake by their shipping department. Got to wait another week, but at least we don't have to pay anything extra!

BTW, the holster fitted nicely on my TT pro speed belt. Actually I like the product.
Seems the holster fits very nicely on Think Tank belts and modulus rails.
My Inserts have finally arrived! Just tried it out on my belt, with 40D + Grip + 24-105mm. A little on the heavy side. Might consider getting rid of the grip when I'm using this. It is convenient though, and I would probably not need the camera strap when using this.

My Inserts have finally arrived! Just tried it out on my belt, with 40D + Grip + 24-105mm. A little on the heavy side. Might consider getting rid of the grip when I'm using this. It is convenient though, and I would probably not need the camera strap when using this.

Hi, it seems a good idea too to wear the holster on a belt or, better yet, on the waist strap of a photo backpack which will deal nicely with the common issue of accessibility for backpacks. However, I'm also concerned it will be too heavy and cause the belt/pants or backpack, as the case might be, to be lopsided.
Care to post a photo of the holster in use?

u got a point there...and that prompt me to think if i shld buy the pixel racing harness for my speed racer to stabilise it...cause a lot of weight will be channel to the shoulder strap
