Cost of X-E1

Hi Seniors,

Anyone can update me with the price of X-E1 with Kit 18-55, & 14mm f/2.8 lens from those reputable shop? Do you have any idea when they are releasing 10-24 & 55-200 this year? Do they have plan to launch any 24-70 (35mm equivalent) f/2.8?

Hi OP,

you can check out Fujirumors.com for up-to-date info on releases.

Last I checked, 55-200 will be out somewhere in April, with the 10-24, 27 2.8, 23 1.4, 56 1.4 later in the year.

Unfortunately I don't think a constant 2.8 zoom is on the road map. However the 18-55 is already a very excellent lens in all regards, baring the variable aperture, which is however already ways better than any competing system. The only mirrorless system to have a constant 2.8 standard zoom is M43, and that lens rocks the price of the X-E1 PLUS 18-55

i paid < $1.3k for X-E1 body, and < $700 for 35mm f/1.4 (PWP). not sure about the 60mm lens.

anyway, me also wanted to buy Fuji X-e1

Hey bros, few months back i purchased X100s and have been loving it for the compactness and IQ. I am now thinking of switching my entire FF DSLR & lens to Fuji.
May be i will be buying XE-1 from BnS or from Technogadgets since the price is cheaper. I'll also invest in good lens such as 35mm & 10-24mm when it launched so that the lens can be use on future XPRO2 body. Hope it will materialised.
