Anyone using Corel Videostudio 12 for video edit?

I am doing on for my own wedding montage but I cant change to PAL. Can help?

Your video source is probably in NTSC. Edit it in NTSC first. Then you output the rendered video and then convert it to PAL. Don't understand why you need to convert to PAL as all the AV system can play NTSC or PAL video without conversion.

I was told that if the source is in NTSC, when playing PAL system, the video will flicker.

All the DVD players in Singapore can play NTSC and PAL video. Even the old CRT TV can play both systems. You may use the free converter to convert from NTSC to PAL here: http://www.any-video-converter.com/products/for_video_free/
