Whao! But I don't have film SLR already. The last one I used was my cousin's Nikon SLR. Forget the model liao :bsmilie:.

to be able to see the 3D-ness, u really really need to shoot slide. so far, at f1.2 is already blown me away on digital, but once u see it on slide, u will feel lost of words even at f2.8 only.

Get urself a Joby Gorillapod Focus tripod.
It is light and super steady.
Got it as present 2 weeks ago and I like it very much.
Highly recommended.

wah. you are poisoning me leh. the gorillapod looks really attractive for its weight and the weight it can take. but the FOCUS (max 5kg) costs $211 but the smaller ZOOM (max 3kg) costs $90. taken from CP's webbie.

The photos are alrdy nice imo.

1st photo, if you shoot in raw or ermm.. dunnit.. stack the same photo and do layer masking.. you can correctly expose the foreground and yet keep the awesome-ness of the sky.

Go to Riceball at Funan. Ask the ppl there and they will show u the correct books.

Anyway, Scott Kelby's books are good.
