Most of the time is the lens fault.

Another fren rented the 17-55 to cover a wedding and same error happen while doing some test shots at home.

Immediately called the rental shop and got a replacement. :sweat:

Well, after you lock the lens in, and if there's a free play, where by you can still turn the lens more than the lock position. I tired a few batches before. Not just on my body. But other bodies as well. 3 out of 5 could shift. Apparently L lenses don't have this problem of shifting.

Yeah, suprising even my kit lens and all the other lenses don't move. When i tried the 17-55mm it moved. So i thought i was wrong. I tried another copy. Moved again. Thought it was my body problem. Used the shop body and tried, also moved.
