Went to sgcamera store and got my lambency today, quite like it nice for spreading light. I think i'll get another one on sunday. The material isn't those hard plastic, i always thought it was.

The shop quite small & packed with the usual stuff u can see on the site. Best to know what you're getting before hand though.

7D is way too costly for a poor guy like me. No choice but to play more on flash accessories. ;p
