Convert DVD to .mov format

I am looking for someone who can convert a 10 minutes segment show to .mov or a format that I could upload to youtube in the best quality.

So I guess, I am looking for video editor or videographer who know how to do so.

You can just do this easily with PC software?

Actually you can try finding the .VOB file in the DVD, copy to your hard drive and change the extension to .mpg.
