Need to qualify what I said...
Tungsten light temperature is about 2700K to 3000K (reddish/orangey)
Halogen is about 3000K to 4000K (whiter)
Some lighting place a blue filter over the halogen lamp to make it even whiter (maybe about 5000K). I am not sure whether they have done this on the video light. (This is what they did with some halogen headlights for cars.)
BTW, I just read the specs for the lights... I don't think it'll do any good...

- Video Light Lighting Distance (3m) : Approx. 12 Lx
