I've already long ago stopped donating to NKF. Everytime I see NKF, I off the TV and/or just avoid those flag sellers.

The decoration at those centre damn solid. Like no need $ like that. Furthermore, beside each machine, got tv to entertain the patient. Seem like only those who can afford go to the centre else u stay home and die as you still need to pay NKF an amount even got public donation.

After reading today newpaper and see all those faces esp ...... (better zip else get sue), I think even I kenna toto or whatever, I wouldn't give a cent to NKF. Really make my blood boils.

Kudos to the person who spray the paint :thumbsup: . Pray hard he will never get caught. If sg is like phillipine, imagine how many ppl standing outside NKF liao ;p

Damn angry now. Even I got kidney problem, i rather die than to use my life to CHEAT other $. Not that I bad mouth abt those who having kidney problem but once you got that illness, sometime death is just what ones think of.

That person should have put a bag there with words written on it. Sure suspect got BOMB! ;p

Although I feel bad abt the girl who appear on the paper saying that they need our help, I think we shouldn't donate to NKF. If really want to donate, I think someone must come out with a website with the patient history, how much they need every mth and the public will put $ into their account. Once amount reached, stop and give to another one. This way, NKF got no chance to control the $ and see how long they can last.

Hope someone will do something. Seem like all been helpless as NKF got some BIG name supporting it. Don't play play :nono:

Not really true. Firstly, the punishment for vandalism is lashes + jail. Secondly, vandalise that guys house? Still the donors money what. :what:

1. Actually paying NKF CEO $25,000 per month is not a problem. Afterall, he has to manage $189Million. That is almost as big as an MNC in Sg!! Problem is how the 12 months bonus is justified? Has he achieve or exceed his Key Performance Indicator (KPI)? Is there corporate governace and transparency? Are there control measures and accountibility to public ...since it the public fund that finance NKF. It is afterall an IPC.

2. I saw on TV patients asking ppl to continue donating to NKF else patient will suffer due to lack of funds. WHAT!?? Come on, NKF has $$189 MILLIONS$$$$ !! How much more does it wants???

Yup... KDF is an option. However, i think if all the money flows to KDF, they will not be able to handle it as they only have 20 staffs.... Still Kidney patients will suffer due to the administrative backlog, lack of dialysis centre (most are managed by NKF) etc...

Just picture this dude. Can you tell me what are the capable organization/management sector that are able to handle huge $$ stuff in Singapore? You guys sure know what I mean.

I am not NKF, I don't say anything about how the staff are being paid.
But as a person who draws a salary, i felt he has put in his efforts and he deserves what he was given, based on the facts that are presented at the moment.

if this CEO steps down, I think alot of companies in the private sector will want to hire him..(for bringing in so much profits for a company)
