1. you are helping kidney patients to live a better life.
2. you are helping durai to live a better life.

of cos, there are many kidney patients, but only one durai. go figure the math.

Well, we are talking about annual income from the main company they are working in. For being the Chairman of the largest software company in the work, the most valued company on Fortune 500, he receives only that amount of annual salary.

Well, we are talking about annual income from the main company they are working in. For being the Chairman of the largest software company in the work, the most valued company on Fortune 500, he receives only that amount of annual salary.

Since he owns the company... I guess he can decide what he wants... getting "smaller" salary and pushing the rest of the profit for R&D will just make sure he will continue to earn more. Anyway... it still boils down to the word "charity". Comparison with other corporations is not entirely fair. The "profit " earned mislead the "customers" of the "product" they were selling. Its like someone sold you a Nikon DX2 but inside got BenQ parts with recycled Cold Storage plastic bags for the lens... miraculously it gives you exactly the same quality as Nikon but if you found out what were the raw materials are made of... wouldn't you be upset?

Better wait n see first... what id Durai is just the tip of the ice berg... someone has to approve of the salary... and these someones must also earn so much... if Durai is removed... it will seem like a payoff and a scapegoat... the practice will change actors but story remains the same...
