1. must remove the battery to plug-in the DC input
This is to protect the data from corruption when batt level is low whule u doing transfer.. also to prevent times when some blur ppl that plugged in the batt AND the power DC in all together..
I think overall, the TM300 is not something that will do much better then the canon or sony (but it hv some advantages over the rival on certain aspect) .. know what each model is strong at and see if thats what u want...
in terms of pricing, its mostly canon vs panasonic... since sony of similar competiting model is more expensive..
