Compact/Mini tripod

Hi guys/girls,

I am thinking of getting the Slik mini series tripod.Anyone using it or knows where to buy it?


I am looking for compact table top tripod for my D50 cos will be travelling abroad soon and dont wana bring my big tripod.

Anybody can advice on any other brands of mini/compact tripod?

I am using slik sprint mini. $70 at MS Colour (5-6 months ago). Weight less than 1kg. Sturdy built. Max height about 1.2m.

Thanks artosoft for your reply.Went down to MScolor yesterday and saw the Slik sprint mini.
But think its only abit smaller than my Slik 330DX.

Looking for the mini series.Anybody else got any info on where i can get it?
