Compact camera with panorama feature

what is the best compact camera with panorama feature in the market? i know there are so many factors that affecting, but if purely talking bout panorama, which model is recommended?
need help, thinking to get 1, as lazy to bring tripod to shoot panorama with dslr....

Compact cam? They are just cropped at the top and bottom, giving you the pano look. You will get black areas on the top & bottom of the film strip only. Just like you crop off the top & bottom on a normal 35mm frame. If you are looking at pano ... try checking out the Horizon (though not actually compact) or ... the way more expensive ... Xpan.
