Hi all, Pls comment on recent pics taken at Bali using Oly C-40Z w PT-11 tats all.....most pics using Auto mode......how to improve ar???....me idiot at photography :dunno: ....so hope to learn more from pros here .......really disappointed that I'm unable to take good pics

Hi reymund,

Have taken a look at your photos, I'm afraid you have experienced the most common flaw amongst newer underwater photographers. You ignited your onboard flash on subjects that are more than 2 meters away. Thus condoning the pictures to apprear blue-ish.

If i am not wrong, for your camera, the on-board flash can only illuminate subjects that are about 0.4 to 0.5 meters. Do take note of that and try to shoot more and know your system.

hmmm....thanks for the advise.....I'll try to make it to the U/W Seed so maybe on that day u can explain more details to me.....me completed newbie on photography but would love to learn more from everyone here.....kopi on me...hehe
