I felt we should implement a mandatory comment on extreme grading for people who gave 1-3 or 8-10 as their grading. I saw some individuals going around giving other people 1 as his grade to their pictures without any explanation. Some of the pictures are actually quite well done, IMHO, but those individuals seems to give 1 and 2 to every picture he/she/they see (well, I can't claim I had seen all the pictures, but for those I had seen coupled with those individual's grade, only 1 and 2s) , but without reasons.
Maybe they can give some insight on how they arrive a 1 and 2? It is a good way for all of us to learn by pointing out the mistake so one may improve. Giving only 1 and 2 or 9 and 10s without any reasons is kind of defeating the purpose of a grading system.
