Yes, this is the Maldives. It's the 2nd Four Seasons Resort in the Maldives, it's called Landaa Giraavaru and it is located in the Baa Atoll.

For me, it's a nice work place in this little paradise, sometimes I can even see dolphins when I look out of my office window

Thanks. Settings are pretty straight forward, I actually 'cheated' and just made use of the 'Landscape' mode on my camera, so the aperture is around f/9

I'm using an Olympus E-300 with the 14-54mm lens.
