Colour Negative

Ya it's supposed to. Wonder how much does one cost? Think I should get one. Get quite jumpy everytime my bag gets passed through a scanner. Btw do keep your films in hand carry if you are flying as checked in luggage usually get subjected to higher levels of xray scanning.

I think Cathay Photo has the OP-tech ones.

About $30++ for the medium sized ones. Comes in S, M, L.

Another quick question regarding negative, I have a roll which Ive just shot 10 frames in it. While removing it from my cam, i accidentally rewind the entire strip inside the roll. Is there anyway I can optimise the remaining 26 exposures or are they gone for good? If so, how?

Sure, you can get a film picker to pick the lead out. Can get the film picker online or at Ruby.

Some cameras have a Custom Function to leave the film starter out when rewinding.

If you are using Nikon scanners I would recommend Fuji Superia 200, the scanner seems to be optimised for that film's orange negative mask and I get smooth natural colors everytime. Reala 100 is also another favorite of mine for fine grain and very 3d imaging with Leica lenses. From my experience Fuji 1600 seems safe from x-rays, been through Singapore, China, Mongolia, Cambodian, Spanish airports, all the film survived.. but you can never be too sure
