Here is my newbie try bro, I adjusted to the extent of exaggeration.

darken the clouds by 20%
darken the sky by 100%
brighthen the greenery by 20%

.

i think this version got the right idea... tone down the blues and brighten up the green that was in shadow

most of the others are overcooked...

Actually the blues are not toned down, its a more complex method that brings out the details in cyan and reduce the saturation of blue.

I will say worsen, pardon if I am too frank, but the overall image seemed too dull, compared to original.
