How come all of a sudden, people around me started to shoot moon craters. Is it because of after seeing eikin's moon post?

By the way, I have tried shooting moon in March but did not get any good results. I only had the 70-200mm lens, so I don't think I have the correct equipment to shoot. Anyway, please advise your type of lens and shooting method. Thanks.

haha. sort of reminded by eikin to try to shoot moon again. i tried ealrier this year, not sharp at all. in fact my moon shot is still not really sharp. Im using a 75-300mm canon lens.

Max focal length 300mm, different issue already. Looks like I need to find someone to lend me long lens. :bsmilie:
