lol...besides i haven't gotten my setup yet...waiting for D100's replacement ...so cameraless now! ;p ...jogging is a must lah! must do it at least 3 times a week...if not, i'll feel really uncomfortable!

if only u can convert and direct ur energy from jogging into photography and partake in some photoshooting activities, now, that'll do a world of wonders to u! not forgetting a strong finger in the process! heh heh
