Well, I was a little upset. Called before going to pick up. When arrive, I was told that I dont have my pre-ordered female black XL. And would need to return to re-collect it. Can it be mailed to me?

We were told to call before going down, and thats what I did. Regardless, if the size is available after or before 8 oct, I CALLED!!!! :bheart:

And to the admins, just in case I'm another nutcase getting all upset for this and probably did not mention the sizes / gender; I DID. I called to ask if they have 1 Female XL in White and the 1 Female XL Black....

Anyway, I just need to know what's happening now. Cos I was told someone will call me back...

I am not an Admin to advice you on this matter, but as an observer of this thread I have some comments on what happened to you.

(1) When the T-Shirts were ready for collection Mod had already mentioned in advance that there are some sizes which are not in stock at that point of time. Below are his words:
"Please note that SOME of the sizes ARE OUT OF STOCK, namely: Men's Black/Red - XS 4 pcs, Men's White/Red - XS 4 pcs, Men's White/Red - 3XL 6 pcs,Ladies Black/Red - L 3 pcs, Ladies Black/Red - XL 2 pcs."
So I guess all are informed about the shortage in advance.

(2) EastGear is just helping to hold the stock and give their shop for us to collect. They are not the ones who printed them or selling them. That is the main reason why they only accept CASH and not any other form of payment to avoid showing the sale in their book of accounts.
So if you had called eastgear and checked stock it might not be accurate I would say. You should have called the person/Mod who has posted this thread in the beginning.

(3) Let say the staff at eastgear was kind enough to count the stock and let you know that the size you wanted is there in stock at the point of your calling, what guarantee can anybody give you that by the time you reach there that piece is still there, as it is mentioned already that it is "first come first server".

I feel sorry for you wasting your time and effort in going down to collect your long awaited T, but I think there is no point in blaming anybody. Just forgive them and try again please.

Hope I did not offend you or hurt your feeling.

I am not being anal. but I just wish to highlight that everyone has their rights to express if they are upset or happy. As mentioned, in my last post, I dont wish to be tot like one which I alreadby believed some of you may have, otherwise, no need the long note....:bsmilie:

I just hope someone willget in touch with me since im told so. I dont want to be on a wild goose chase.

as mentioned, safest is to collect after 11/10.
