Nope, there are no paintball shops in Singapore. I've been ordering my paintball stuffs online and some from Ken (owner of TAG paintball). You may want to check out with him; if he's still taking orders on paintball stuffs, when you go play in his field.

BTW, you guys should take part in an international tournament in Malaysia. Teams from Indonesia and Brunei are coming, besides other international teams from UK and Europe - ROAD TO MPC (Malaysian Paintball Circuit) 2-4 July 2004 at Bukit Jalil.
