Yes, while I subscribe to the old adage of emptor caveat and think that the TS should have checked, I wouldn't link it to "lie down and just take it'.

The TS choose to pursue it instead of just making complaints in the forum, kudos to that.

I totally agree with this... So anyone of u before u buy check 1st! dont rush! He might ask his friend to help him sell or etc.. so just be careful
