Actually i think why not just PM us the following first
-> Name / Nick
-> Email address (frequently check on)
-> HP number if you don't mind.
-> Where you stay - example: Bedok near to reservoir? Tampines near to Temasek Poly west gate? (No need ur actual address) In this case if timing is inconvienent to take bus OR you wan to sleep more (like me) we can car pool / share cab?! (Any willing driving parties to volunteer? We treat u lunch + massage! hehe kidding)

Confirm date will be 18th July - set this day free will do

Details will be updated latest 16th July in order for all to be prepare and final confirmation again. ... As PM only limits to little no. of ppls, i think email will do great.
