did any bro/sis found flickr is very slow when upload pics.? also hanged when uploading halfway. some uploaded pics. also can't be viewed? thkz.

yes me used starhub, only encountered flickr got problem, others no issue.

I think starhub's peering to the US is terribly bad .. youtube.com on starhub is unusable as well. I usually VPN into my company's server in the States and proxy everything through the VPN for it to be barely usable.
