I believe joshlty may have clamped his nose with a large clothes peg during the laundry smelling (shooting I mean). Chiif, the 18% grey socks are very good for incident metering during shoots - just stick out the foot!

on details, the 12MP G1 gives same details as my 12MP D700 at ISO100, at 1:1 magnification on my LCD screen. good article here that says why. http://www.luminous-landscape.com/reviews/cameras/50d.shtml.

It sure makes checking details more interesting. And much easier to sit through a 12-hour award ceremony !

that's because you cannot use a noctilux to shoot underwear... you need the "naughtilux"!! :bsmilie:
