aiyo mai confused, there is no tokina filter. Hoya, Tokina and Kenko, basically they belong to the same corporation.

THK, T=Tokina, H=Hoya, K=Kenko, moose filters are also under them. The Tokina company make lens, Hoya company makes filters, kenko company makes filters and accessories.
