I could have extended my exposure to a minute. This one was at 30s.

Its really a nice place. The security guards was quite irritating. haha.. 1 came and told me no tripods allowed, another says no taking picture of Reflections @ Keppel. :dunno: Since I'm on a private land, I'll just have to bear with it.
