i've only started modeling in late march 2009 and is still pretty new. i'm very willing to learn and is more than willing to do my best in every shoot. prices can be discussed but since i've just started, i'll probably be charging cheaper.

please note that i do not do bikini / lingerie shoots, neither do i smoke.
besides that, i'm pretty much open to ideas.

just a gentle reminder, please refrain from asking me to do some "sexy" shoots whr i have to reveal this and that. i don't do lingerie/nude/porn-like stuffs so i treat it as an insult if you still insist in asking as i think all ladies deserve some basic respect.

and if you want the shoot to be held in your house/hotel, please do note that i'll definitely bring along a friend for safety reasons as i'm a lady. i'll ensure that he won't cause any disturbance though. if you're unable to agree with the points i've just stated, please do not email me. i've some moral values to follow.

Let me state up front that I've not inquired about shooting with you before, neither am I interested to engage your services.

I think there are a few points in this reply of yours that I think I should highlight.

1) All ladies deserve some basic respect, including those who choose to bare their bodies. It's fine if you're (as compared to others) a prude, but you should not insult others.

2) Stating your need to bring a chaperone is fine, but you should not insinuate that people who do not agree to your wishes to be immoral, or associated as such. For example, if during a editorial shoot, the editorial team, stylist, and etc aren't going to agree to having an extra tag along.

3) For a talent starting out, you're pretty full of yourself.

Remember, essentially you're someone asking for work, when work is offered, you can reject it, but don't insult those offering work.

There are lots of other girls from the street trying to make a quick buck by cashing in on their "beauty", you shouldn't think of yourself as god's gift to men, that everyone's lecherous as you insinuate them be. Granted, there are those pretty desperate people around, so state your boundaries upfront, or just learn to ignore them.

sorry i wasnt referring to you. it was some anonymous 'photographers' whom mailed me. i just wanted to receive less/no emails which are non-related to photography and more of sexual harassment. my fault if you misinterpreted my words.

i'm not being full of myself but neither do i like to receive "funny" emails. if you'll like copies of what i'll receive, it will be my pleasure to send them to you as some of them are extremely disturbing.

cheryl has told me her side of the story.

if it's true, my reaction will be the same like hers.
it's really sad some photogs stoop to such levels.
photography is definitely not their main agenda.

so guys, cut her some slack ya.

Don't know you personally, But up for you.

While it is a prominent issue of sleezy "photographers" trying to get an easy prey, as well as sexually harrassing emails being sent to you. You are only as proffesional as these "photographers" are if you choose to address the issue in the way you did.

How ever should you wish to highlight the points in which your restrictions are to be met, perhaps you could Bold out the restrictions in your personal advert as well as request for a model release to be signed.

With regards to harrassing emails, i feel that should you feel that the intent of the photographer is that of a hidden agenda apart from photography, simply stop replying to the emails, but at the same time keep the emails. Should the "photographer" continue to persistently "request" for your extended services, you have the right to either report/expose him.

Bringing a friend along to a private location to shoot is a good option in the case where you do not have an agency or anyone else to back you up should something happen. If the photographer decides that the friend should not be allowed to come along, get your photographer to sign a release and give your friend a time frame in which you are expected to finish your job or even a time frame in which you should be allowed to make a call.

If the photographer denies you of any of the above, then i'd just strongly advise you to not take the job at all for your own safety. :)
