yesss!! i missed her once! but never twice! i'm so afraid that we cant get the most expensive tickets now!! anw your shots are really nice! i love the one with wings and the other with helmet!!!

Really ah.. She got so popular in Singapore ah? Dont scare me like this lay -> I never been to her SG concerts before =( I know in Taiwan she is really 秒殺... I helped my friends bought Jay chou tix in Singapore just before I myself go "chiong" for the taiwan APOSII tix.. I would say her tixs were much much more difificult to buy as compared to Jay's... 秒殺 is really the word... Sold out in 1hr!! server hanged just 5mins before the official sales... Stress mann...

FYI for those diehard fans........... This was how madness the concert could go in Taiwan.. and the "conveyer belt" surround stage I have been talking about...

Happened to be browsing youtube and I came across this clip of APOS2 by a taiwanese fan..... Quality not superb but I am very impressed -> because during this session I was so engrossed in staring and chasing Cheer that I dint noticed or enjoyed throughly.... It can serve as a teaser or guide for the coming DEC concert(if the design and stage layout is the same as Taipei's). You can decide which cat and position to "chop" your auspicious seats....

Oh... Basically for some of the motion shots, I use P mode or preset sports mode with higher ISO like 1600... First few shots on stage I use "no flash mode" because nobody was really taking photos at the beginning.. I dare not play around..

At the end, when everyone went crazy... eg this shot below:

I tested a few combination at Manual mode and finalized to ISO400 and shutter speed 1/60secs. Aperture was at F6.3 as I zoom max(cant lower).. But I would say it really depends on the subject and lighting conditions... IF Cheer was moving around and the lights were really dim, my ISO400 and 1/60sec would not be enough.... Hope it helps....

Why resigned to just watching DVD?? She will be coming to SIN this DEC.. you should go!!! Ahh about the lyrics I do agree with you.... some of them are really profound and difficult to understand.. I guess it could be due to her background in philosophy and also she did mentioned before that she is quite an insecure person. Usually she does not want people to know her exact thinking through her songs.. So she will deliberately confused you with some twists in the lyrics. But that's the beauty of it....allow you for more rooms of imaginations.. You think that it is A it will be A.. If you think is B then it will be B!

I think in Singapore the ticket sales will not be 秒杀, in fact her last 太阳巡回演唱会 indoor stadium wasn't full (I attended). But Cheer wasn't bothered, she put in her 101% of dedication and sincerity in her performance, did not short-change her Singapore fans at all - boomlift, scooter, flower-basket (where she sang 旅行的意&#20041, whatever she had in TW concert, they try to do it in Singapore also, including her 把你们的相机拿出来... unfortunately I didn't bring my cam due to Indoor Stadium's regulations.
I am hoping that I can attend her 夏季练习曲 in Dec. The date is not published yet, hope will not clash with my trip. Keeping fingers crossed.

oh yes...my mum went to buy jay's concert 2010 and i should say it did not sold out as fast as i thought it would be...looking at how you describe the selling tix in tw i'm getting more stressed now! omg! if any of us could go buy first should buy for each other! maybe i can queue overnight or sth! hahaha

Haha.. like what muzikbug says... No need go queue O/N la... her tickets wont get sold out in 秒殺speed in SG la.... I think her fanbase in SG not that hugh.. Mostly are LKK people in late 20s and 30s like me.... But her TW fans are different.. she got alot of University and High School fans since she always tour around campus... Actually her fanclub Cheeregoers got invite me to join them for bulk purchase group seats. I believe they should be able to get quite front seats.. let me know if you interested... or keep a lookout at their website for info - http://www.cheeregoers-sg.com/ I am still considering whether to buy my own as I want to keep low profile ahaha.. I sit far far row 19 in Taipet also very contented one....

Yes.. If she is bothered by the sales I think APOS2 wont come to SG le...... But the only thing 美中不足 is they dint bring the orchestra over.... Wah lao.. it is one of the main "MUST" for Cheer's Concert.. The Orchestra very power!!! I enjoyed it very much durin APOSII in Taipei... I think she really loves SG.... haahha... but for what reason then I not sure..... From what I know, the concert should be on either first or second weekend of DEC...... Good luck.....

Ah... you so young only!! hahaaha... That's shows how old I am =(
As for DSLR.... I think you can try to smuggle in lor. I attended a few concerts in SG but never bring my camera in before.... so good luck... I can retire and sit back relax for the the concert liao.. very contented with my Taipei photos - I bet you cant do that in SG... anyhow, I blogged about my experiences and feelings for the taipei concert here. You can go read it if you "can't wait to know"(because it contains everything regarding the concert).

Wah... Static Uncle... Welcome back.... You really disappear so long from clubsnap... Ya lor... Clash with Grasshoppers and some more no promo going on. I already saw the grasshopper concert ad on tv... abit worrying... but nevertheless, I believe those that like Cheer will attend and she will definitely be doing her best...

Anyhow... Her concert is one of those better quality ones that you should not miss.... Very talented singer and a very creative concert team. Definitely worth your time and money to enjoy...
