Hi.

Had tried Ruby before once. But still prefer RGB at S$4.90 with GST, for 90 cents more. RGB is a professional lab that do their own process, while Ruby sub out to another lab to process and need longer waiting time. RGB only one day will do. I think Ruby needs 2 - 3 days.

Where is RGB ? heard many good things, but not sure where it is.

I think Ruby does the processing on their own, in their offsite (i.e. not in Peninsula) location. Their Peninsula location is Peninsula Shopping Centre (part of Peninsula Hotel), same stretch of shops as The Camera Workshop.

I generally get quoted for 2 days turn around, i.e. send in Wed evening get it on Friday evening.

I think they do a decent job. No complaints from me. :)

Hi all. Below is the branches info. Call them up to find out more. :) I always go to the one in Beach Road. And once i was late, they closes at 7pm. I was on the train to Bugis, so i called them saying that i am on the way, but will be late, ask them to wait for me. And they really did wait. :) But in the end i turned up 7 sharp. :)

One thing to add, Ruby folks are also friendly. :) It is just that i prefer RGB. That's all. No bias. :)

Not very consistant. some time when I develop it was $6 then sometimes $5.. depends who you talk to.

how about cheapest mounting alone? if i got large quantity i'd feel lazy to do self-mounting.

Ya! Need lobang or not? MS charged me $6!

yesterday just go and ask john(the shop at funan) they do slide processing and mounting at $8 without mounting is $5 so mounting should cost $3 i think.

went to this camera workshop u guys were talking about there was this young man who suan me when i asked if they sell hydrometer i will never go to camera workshop again.

Just sent my slides to develop at Ruby. Sent on Thur evening, collect on Fri evening. With mounting cost $6.25 (comes with a slide container)

Sent my slides film to RGB color @ Bugis, 4.88 without mount, took 3 hr only, super super fast and nice.

humm, i know nuts about slides actually.
if you do not mount slides what does it come out like
a normal film strip of 6?
