just keep calling M1..and REFUSE TO PAY..rather than pay liao and trying to get a refund.(which would be impractical!)
My M1 is via GIRO :sweatsm: :sweatsm:Terence said:I think that's the way to do it. The telcos can't just absolve themselves of all blame, they're the ones doing the billing!
Log in to M1 website and file a complaint, I believe they are very customer focus so they would response to all website customer complaint, dont trust the verbal discussion with M1 operator (no record retention hence no one knows how many complaint)innovate said:Damp, I checked my bill last night and I am 1 of the victim with the 1 dollar charge. Call up M1 and they can't do anything. Try to call mTouche and the phone is always engage, anyone got a better ideal how can we solve this once and for all.
Thanks

They might win in the old days, but in the new days of internet and forums, these things get publicize very fast and consumers know very fast, we need to keep on complaint to M1 and Singtel Mobile.zhang3feng said:i agree! dam they r bunch of cheats! how can they do such thing! like tat they earn lots of lots of money! :thumbsd: :thumbsd: :thumbsd: :thumbsd:

I suggest u write your own letter to IDA and not copy from others, so IDA realize that there are many ppl complaining, not the same email being forwarded.innovate said:Hi care to share what you wrote on the letter so that I can do the same thing so that IDA is awared how serious is it with so many letter complaint to the company.

In your email, write your phone number, your telco service provider, and say that u are being charged with $1 for a Value Added Service that u did no ask for, complaint to IDA about M1 and Singtel Mobile, so they will get to the root cause of the problem, dont complaint about mTouche, becasue even they close down mTouche, another guy will set up another company and do the same trick. M1 and Singtel Mobile are branded names and they will not close down.

Astin said:How to complaint to M1:
Go to this page: http://csfeedback.m1.com.sg/csjsp/enquiry_complaint.jsp?feedtypechoice=2
Select Complaint, Billing, Value Added Service Charges, fill in your name and phone number, someone from M1 will read it and call u in a short while.
Then you can escalate to IDA, email info@ida.gov.sgzhang3feng said:well... they havent replied or call me yet... !$#!@#!@$$!:bsmilie:
