And now i having D80 with 18-135, MD-80, 17-55 2.8 and 24 2.8.

if I were you, I sell D80+18-135+grip for $600 or D80+18-135 for $500

1) If I stick to DX, which camera is better? 1st or 2nd hand?

Top up 300 more, Buy a 2nd D300 for around 800. u can use the remaining 2 lenses on D300, or sell 24mm 2.8 and you don't need to top up anything.

2) or I jump to FX, Is D700 worth of it? Selling all my DX lens and Body to fund for it.
Worried that D700 cannot be use too long as you all know now got D800 and rumors saying new FX coming out which is don't is real or fake.

3) Is it worth to buy a 1st hand for D700.

not applicable because you get a D300 already.

We have the same Problem...lol..
I also want to upgrade my body.... But im looking at Olympus OMD to be my 2nd body because of its high iso capability that will compliment my current setup.... Im into events photography as well....
