I just join your club and would very much like to go photo shooting with you guys. However all sundays are out for me. I can only make it on saturday or public holidays. sigh..sigh!

Ques:

1) except for meals, entrance fee eg zoo etc, do i need to pay to join this outing group?
2) is tripod needed?
3) being a amateur photographer, is there someone that i can also ask if i need help with my camera? I am using Nikon D50.

1) No need :nono: just come and enjoy it , i am organizing this so that all photographers from all walks of life can come meet up , share and exchange ideas .
2) Tripod is up to individual , the first 2 photo i post in this thread is taken without tripod the rest yes , it really depend what u want to achieve and the timing of the outing (example AM,PM if at night tripod is very helpful)
3) Some of the members in our group are very good in certain brand ( example canon , nikon , minolta , oly ...etc) anything u wanna know just voice out i am sure someone will stand out and share with u his/her idea

It's somewhat near the village. But quite a distance to walk from. You'd have to walk up Netheravon road towards Changi Beach Club.
