Hi,

Am going to develop my first digital prints... I notice that most of u use Konota or at least that is my impression.... the last time when we met, muko also mentioned that the prints there were cheap and good.... anyone knows where this place is? I've rather given up on Standard Colour centre.... thanks! I've about 159 shots to develop. If near Peninsular BK can bring along and show u guys....

May be you can try KT Digital Imaging at China Town. Tried few pcs. so far, great result and priced at 30cents (for CS members). For the volume of your photos, definitely 30cents, even though you don't mention CS :bsmilie:

Just sent in 220pcs. for print out today :-)

Hi there...

There is actually a sole thread for this digital lab... do a search on it (dun intend to go too far OT from this original discussion :-) ) Briefly, it is at HongLim Plaza.

They are using Fuji if I remember correctly.

Some additional info.:

ICC Profile used by them - Dry Creek Photo
Photo Paper used by them - Fujicolor Crystal Archive Paper Supreme for Digital Supreme

These are all I know, in fact, know very little abt all the ICC profile used and the paper quality as I seldom (rare) print out my digital shots and this is the 2nd time I pay them a visit :-)

Happy trying and let's share your experience later!

Thanks! I'm more lazy than scared.... :)... btw, if u're coming dun mind if u could bring the monitor calibration thingy along... I'll bring my work laptop... using PS6 on that one.... thanks! Basically I'm going to use it calibrate my shots until I can afford to buy one of those calibration things for my CRT at home... thanks in advance!

Yo..yo... Not Konota...

i print at... dammit... always forgot the name... but its not konota.
It is using Kodak. And cheap. Quality good... but i believe kodak is a bit desaturated somehow.
Same floor as konota... but it is on the side of the road with the church... dammit i dunno the name again...
