No.1 is still the best. :thumbsup::)
 

No. 3 for me is a 9.9! - 0.1 for the 'Karloreyes' wording.. =p can feel the cloud and wave 'moving'! I'm not into black & white.
No. 2, for me... i'll try to make the person diving into the water more visible.

Going to try HDR soon when i have the chance. I have seen all you images, very nice composure. And similar to previous comments, i personally would reduce the saturation a little bit, find it too strong making them look artificial. BTW i'm still using my old old first generation Sony Alpha 100 DSLR, got it when it was first launched in Q3 2006. Just made a decision to upgrade to Nikon D700 or the 5DMKII. I'll be posting my pic soon =) disappear from clubsnap for 3 years now ..whahaha.. and this is my first post after so long!

thanks sir for dropping by, what do you mean karloreyes wording?:embrass: yes sir will follow the master's advice. I've upgraded to 5DMarkII already and 17-40L and so far i try to shy away with the saturation sliders. I would recommend the 5d markII sir! the best for landscape!:)
 

I grew up in the Philippines but I've never been to Davao. Great to see you enjoy your visits there!

Just a quick question, how well in your opinion does the 5DMKII handles high ISO images? i have read review but i would also like to hear from a real user. I suppose the ISO settings in these images are all set to 100?

point taken sir regarding the watermark, is it big? will adjust it also. with regards to ISO of 5DmkII i haven't tried it above 1600. most of the shots here are taken at L (50). FYI for the shots that i used 1600 ISO i can hardly see the noise, low lighting and no flash used. you'll never go wrong with 5DmkII sir! here's a good read sir.

Last weekend I celebrated my 1st fiesta at Badian,Cebu. :) Me and my friends also attended a wedding and the 3 days being there, literally is heart pounding! Lechon, Humba, and other Cardiac delight is over flowing! haha ;D We stayed at our friend's Cold Spring Resort and at last i got decent snaps of it! I remember taking pictures of it before but i ended up doing it HDR style. ;D Here are some of the pics i got of the fiesta, Seascapes of Green Island and Badian Cold spring Resort. :) Thanks for Looking! ;D

We went to Green Island around 430pm, unfortunately when we got to the beach it started to rain! We stayed inside the car and hoped that it would stop. Inside the car looking already at the surroundings made me and my friends smile! haha it was white sand and pristine clear waters! after 30 min the rain stopped i quickly ran to this spot hehe:D

our first stop, meaning our first lunch ;D was at Terraza Caballero my friend knows the owner so we got exclusive access to the place :D The motif was country-ish, zenish, and a relaxing ambiance, so after eating we posed with the owner then slept for a while. ;D Complete with waterfalls at the back and sounds of birds on the side. :)

This shot was taken early in the morning around 730am. I have to get up early because the resort will be open at 9am, by then the place will be packed with tourists and locals.:) My group are the only ones allowed to stay overnight and you'll see our cottage later :) if you would notice there's a cemented part at the left and there are Pawikans being raised there. Its the first time i get to see and feed pawikans in my life:bsmilie:
