yeah, if they quote you that price i am sure they will honour that price too... this is why they are classified under "reputable"...

Having been around more 40 years, even my uncle purchased from them when he was starting out young ... with such a reputable shop, they will keep to their words, and if its recorded in email, there's no way they can go back on their words.

Actually most shops now ahve the installment plan... the diff is that the price cathay quotes usually allows any mode of payment i.e. credit card and or credit card installment plan. whereas most other places will quote you the cash price and any use of credit card or installment plan will require the extra 4-5%. In my experience, cathay's quoted prices are often higher than other shops.. but if you want to pay using CC or installment then you need to factor in the 4-5% and see which shop is cheaper after that.
