First pic. is nice.
2nd is not bad idea but... the tie doesn't suit her.
3rd no need to crop so tight.

Overall, I would agree with jnet6.

For the first pic, I would have shown more of the subject's body. But I do like the pose.

It really complements the image of a CBD lady employee. I hope that this is what the theme is.

Thanks for the input. Actually I did tried taking more full body shots, but the place was rather busy and as a result there were many people included in the shot. Most of them look rather distracting as a result.

i tink the crop is a little TOO tight for the shots liao la....and i may be juz tired....but there seems to be a hint of softness in the shots...

anyway...regarding the tie thing...we should have stood by not letting her wear it haha....
