Thanks to the organizers and Panasonic for arranging this and providing equipment to use.
It was really intersting to try the still capture from the 4K video..
And preparing three different lighting setups to test the borrowed cameras.Thanks also for the dancers..

Unfortunately in the last group the time to shoot was cut shorter, Even though the group was small, being unfamiliar with all the functions of the camera takes some time to get the setting right.

It was a good group and the discussion while waiting was good. The still from 4K worked really well from what I tried..due to being overtime I still need to extract some stills from the video using Lightroom rather than the camera.

What is the alternative to extract the images if I do not have LR or PS and the Panasonic camera? Any way to download on the website if we are not a registered user? I'm using Mac.

Hi All,

This was my first Clubsnap activity, and I have to say it was great. Learned a lot and got some great photos out of the bargain. Thank you to all who took the time to prepare the studio, hire the models, lecture on the cameras and then help us during the hands-on shooting. Also for the drinks and refreshments as well. As someone who is majorly interested in dance photography I can say with a straight face that I would have paid for this shoot and yet got it for free! Thanks and really appreciate, looking forward to joining more activities in the future.
