Can't post a new thread in B&S

I've tried posting a new thread in B&S but it never appears. I get a 'thank you for your post' but that's all that happens. Can I check if something is wrong?

maximum 5 images in a post is the limitation across this forum.

if you have more than 5 images to show, add that into a new post.
