Can't create thread in Mass Sales

Hi, I wanted to create a thread to sell batteries and chargers in the mass sales section but I couldn't. However, I could create threads in other section. I'm wondering if there's any requirements I need to fulfill so I could post a thread in the Mass sales.

Have you tried to read the sticky in the mass sales section titled:

"Marketplace : Mass Order/Mass Sales Guidelines and FAQ"?
