bro there's no cheaper FF in the market for a 1st hand launched by canon perhaps you can try comparing the price of 5D mk2 to a 1ds mk3 heee. hmmm there's quite a lot of 5D mk 1 at the price of 1.9-2k range on average

If it does appear, expect a 28-200mm range instead. And most likely a f/4.5-5.6 too.

But I wouldn't expect too much, but a 500mm f/5.6 IS would be nice! :bsmilie:

Realistically ?? 1DSmkIV and 60D. Lens is anybody's guess. A lot of people are dreaming of a 24-70 f/2.8 IS L. I would think a possible 24-85 f/2.8 L without the 'IS' instead. Though most likely a 24-70 f/2.8 L MkII instead.

Keeping in line with refreshing its 'bread and butter' lenses for the professionals.

I would be very happy with a 14-24 f/2.8 or a 12-24 f/4 L too. :sweat:

More like $4.5k -$5.5k instead if it ever comes out. Makes its choice over the 1DmkIV that wee bit more difficult. Which is what market segmenting is about ?
