Based on experience, there won't be 60-100 members turning up unless it is seminar, etc.

Usual gathering is at most 20+.

I have already proposed the venue to be Funan 5th floor food court. It is usually quiet in the evening. The place is spacious enough. Moreover, it is centrally located, more convenient for most people on weekdays.

West Coast Park McDonald is simply too far.

Travelling to city area is always a headache. Those driving need to pay ERP and those taking public transport need to squeeze into the MRT. Can organise outside the city? Make a poll for prefered locations.

As I mentioned before, the first session will only be held once we have hit the target of 100 Canon Users responded to a "YES'. This is to guage the interest and whether there is a need to hold such event on a regular basis.
