Hey Ed1975, I believe $20-$30 is worth paying if you can lay your hands on the S3 earlier by weeks lah.....Definitely worth it loh.

Actually I currently still hav a camera... Juz tat I'm going thai in august n hawaii in dec... So i dun really need it now... But juz tat i also kena the BBB... So abit itchy tats all... haha...

She claims $735 is inclusive of GST and the free gifts i.e. 512MB card and Digital Kit, with warranty. Forgot to ask about the batteries and charger. In fact, when I bought my S3 at $755, she already claimed she was offered $740 by the same shop. I did not believe and even placed a bet with her. But I have since withdrawn the bet. Maybe you can check it out and I will use this "inside information" to consider betting with her again! Could be a "bait and switch" tactic i.e. they will offer the S3 at this very cheap price to you but then claim they have no ready stock, and then convince you to buy something else.

Place the cam vertically and the adapter facing the side of the bag! haven't try though, but the cam in the above manner without the adapter can be sloted into one of the compactment withoud taking out the partition woh!

Went down to MS tonight to buy it from Aunty Florence. She provides great customer services with a big. She reminded me to buy LCD protector for S3, which I conviently forgotten, too excited over the buy! Helped me to paste it for my S3, and even cut & paste for my Ixus i. Helped took photo of me & my friend and printed it out using the Canon photo printer :thumbsup:
So although I'd to travel from the west to AMK, I suppose the trip was well made.
In total, I bought:
S3 --> S$ 753
x4 Sanyo 2700 mAh batteries --> S$ 18
x2 Sanyo 2500 mAh batteries --> S$ 8
Sanyo Refresh Quick Charger (with x2 Sanyo 2500 mAh batteries) --> S$ 35
1 GB Kingston SD card --> S$ 38
x2 LCD screen protector --> S$ 16
I wanted to get the batteries box, but she couldn't find it, so asked me to email her my address & she'd mail it to me. Now that's what I call good customer service! :thumbsup:

i thought there's a quick charger kit included in the canon promotion free gift ???

Yep, there is, but I've to collect it from Canon at HarborFront, which I'm doing so later today after work. S3 requires x4 AA size batteries to operate, the gift that Canon give is from GP. I prefer to have 2 sets of chargers & 3 sets of batteries so that chances are low that I would run out of batteries on a trip.
Get an e-quote from Aunty Florence, her customer service is good.
