Some pictures of Seoul and Nami Island taken with G5X. It handle the winter -5 degree well enough to survive the trip. The biggest plus point for me is I can charge the camera on the go with a power bank. I hang the camera on my neck and have the power bank in the inside pocket of my winter jacket. So I can charge it while I am taking subway or during meal times. Note that while charging you can't take picture but you can use the playback to review the pic. With one batt it never runs out of juice with USB charging. Great!



By the way I bought spare 3rd party batts from taobao. The camera will prompt about battery communication issue and ask if the batt has a Canon logo. If u answer no it will warn about guarantee issue then ask if you like to continue. Touch yes then it allow you to use the 3rd party batt.
