for the playtime i wanted to put women laundry but the guy at the download thingy say i should keep the vivocity kids playing. Youth categorie here. Im the blonde guy who was sitting in the 3rd row btw.

Was very surprised at some of the gears kids have nowadays. Feel so inferior sometimes, ha.

yeah... haha.. saw a 8/9 yr old (estimated) with lotsa gear.. n some teenagers with cams of the likes of 5D, D2X... :bigeyes:

edit: oh.. also saw a sec sch kid with a 1D (not sure which make exactly.. shud be 1D Mk II N or 1Ds Mk II.. so attention grabbing cos he kept snapping at the seated area at nothing at all... quite an equipment w**ker..

looking forward to next yr too.. btw they only displayed up to 2nd theme n tagged the winning photos when i was about to leave shortly after the prize presentation... didnt get to see the finalist shots of 3rd theme... didnt win anything, but sure learned lots of stuff from the few guys i shot with.. fun!

Yes, there was a lil kid with a 1D. Kept lowering his cam after people started to give him more attention than bargained.

i think so... i only remembered his lens was a DX lens, the gold label u cant miss on the lens... didnt inspect closely what lens it was though.. IIRC his flash was a SB16?

im not talking bout the kid as in the 8-9 yr old.. im talking bout the sec sch kid who kept flashing his 1D n shooting at virtually nth at all in the seating area.. well, i could see that even some of his frens were annoyed... just my 2 cents though... :dunno:
