Hey theveed, Me and friends were thinking how could it be if there were no editing done to the pictures how did that guy who shot the construction workers on lorry get that black background nicely done with. hahaha..

Nice to see at least one person liked my photo (thanks theveed and you have much better shots than me!) and NO alvinlyt, I did not use any photoshop (in fact I have never even used this software!)..I think the printout was a bit dark. If you look at the actual photo in softcopy, you can see the road tar quite clearly.
BTW, this shot was taken from the top of Benjamin Sheares Bridge onto the F1 track (that is why the road looked so black without any road markings)...and the lorry was moving right under it...and I think I was just a split second too fast to click my shuttle. I could have also waited for other opportunities on the bridge but the rain forced me back into reality.

Short answer to print mismatching would be "color calibration"... CMYK colors are different from RGB values, hence we always soft-proof our images in PS before printing (assuming both the monitor and printer are calibrated).
