Canon G15 Problem

This may or may not be an isolated case.
If it is a widespread issue affecting thousands of G15 sold worldwide, then Canon should look into it.
It may be a certain production batch that was bad and somehow escaped through the QC process.

There is no such thing as CSC give you replacement and if that fails too, then too bad you have no recourse because you agreed to the terms.
I think this is illegal.

How can Canon insist that if the second product is also faulty, then the consumer has no say and must accept it?

If you can get Canon Corporation (Singapore) to state these terms of replacement in writing, then you can send it to the CEO (they call President) of Japan Canon HQ as a complaint.

A search on the net did not turn up any above mention problem. My 1 week old G15 did not have the above mention problem.
