My supplier quoted me $18 - $20 but looking at the order, and if it hits 15 pax or more which is equivalent to more than 30 pieces, I will help you guys negotiate to $15 per piece. Keeping in my that one normal collar polo tee outside is already $10. I believe $15 is considered as good deal.

Try to keep to 3 basic colors if you want to redesign.
